Data controller and scope
This clarification text has been prepared to explain how personal data shared through the UGEM Aviation website, communication channels and quotation request forms is processed.
UGEM Aviation processes information such as name, surname, company name, phone, e-mail and project details only for evaluating the request, contacting the relevant person and conducting the quotation process.
Personal data processed
The following data groups may be processed in a limited manner during contact and quotation request processes:
- Identity and contact information
- Company or organization information
- Technical drawings, CAD files, production scope and request notes
- Technical records related to website usage
Purposes of processing
Personal data is used to understand the production request, enable technical evaluation, prepare a quotation or process information and contact you when necessary.
Data may also be stored for a limited period to fulfill legal obligations, maintain commercial communication records and improve service quality.
Transfer and retention
Personal data may be shared only to the extent required by the business process and in accordance with applicable legislation with authorized service providers, business partners or official institutions.
Data is stored for the period required by the processing purpose; at the end of this period, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with legislation.
Your rights
Within the scope of the PDPL, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about processed data and request correction or deletion of the data.
