Measurement, Verification and Traceability in Quality Control
UGEM Aviation treats quality control not only as a final inspection step after production, but as an assurance system spread across the entire production process. Technical drawing, tolerance, material and customer quality requirements are evaluated before production to create a control plan.
First article inspection, in-process controls and final inspections are applied throughout production. Dimensional conformity is monitored during the process to detect production issues at an early stage and maintain repeatable quality levels.
Depending on customer requirements, measurement reports, COC certificates of conformity, calibration tracking, revision management and traceability records can be included in the production process. Records created through the ERP infrastructure support backward traceability from quotation to shipment.
