Laser Cutting

UGEM Aviation includes laser cutting in its production planning to prepare sheet metal parts in accordance with technical drawing, dimensional and geometric requirements. Part form, material thickness, cutting precision and subsequent process needs are evaluated together before production.

Laser cutting enables fast and repeatable production of brackets, covers, plates, custom formed metal components and preparation parts before welded fabrication. Cutting path, part nesting and material usage are planned with process efficiency and dimensional accuracy in mind.

After cutting, parts are directed to bending, welded fabrication, finishing or quality control steps as needed. Throughout the production process, edge quality, dimensional conformity and technical specification requirements are checked to maintain process integrity in subsequent manufacturing steps.
