Controlled Production Process in CNC Machining
UGEM Aviation manufactures mechanical parts for defense, aerospace and high-precision industries with its CNC machining capability. Dimensional accuracy, repeatability and controlled process management are prioritized through a technical drawing-based production approach.
Before production, part geometry, tolerance requirements, material type and quantity are technically evaluated. The CNC machining process is planned by considering 3-axis, 5-axis simultaneous machining and workholding strategies.
Production can be carried out in various material groups such as aluminum alloys, carbon steels, stainless steels, copper, brass and engineering plastics. From prototype to serial production, precision mechanical parts, fasteners, housing parts and custom manufacturing components are included in the production scope.
The production process is supported by first article inspection, in-process checks and final quality control steps. Depending on customer requirements, measurement reports, certificates of conformity and traceability records can be included in the production process.
